Many other changes may be present, such as a sagging forehead with drooping eyebrows, "hollow" eyes, "sad" eyes with drooping eye corners, "frown lines" between the eyebrows, "crow's feet" at the corner of the eyes, or small imperfections on the surface of the skin (superficial wrinkles, scars, spots, etc.). Blepharoplasty may then be combined with another facial cosmetic surgery procedure (forehead lift, temporal lift, lipostructure or adipocyte autotransplantation, canthoplasty, cervico-facial lift), or even a medical-surgical treatment (boutulinum toxin, Fillers, laserbrasion, peeling, dermabrasion).
