Hair transplant
The FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique is the least invasive technique, requiring no scalpel and no scarring, as it involves removing follicular units one by one using micropunches less than 1 mm in diameter. The FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) technique involves removing a strip of scalp from the back of the skull from which the grafts will be taken, and will be reserved for those who do not wish to shave their head for a rapid return to social life and who accept a scar on the back of the head (although this is immediately concealed by the hair that has been pulled back). Micrografting can be combined with anti-hair loss treatment to accelerate hair regrowth and slow the concomitant loss of new hair.
