Penoplasty or aesthetic phalloplasty is a procedure designed to increase the size of the penis, either in length (lengthening) or in circumference (thickening). These two procedures can be performed alone or in combination. Other complementary procedures may be carried out: glans augmentation, frenulum plasty, foreskin plasty or circumcision.
