Arm
It may be a case of excess fat, which can be treated by liposuction, but when there is significant damage to the skin (loss of tone, stretching/sagging, stretch marks, scars, etc.), liposuction alone will not be sufficient, and a brachioplasty will have to be performed, i.e. a lift of the inner arms by removing the most damaged skin (stretched, scarred or with stretch marks) and tightening the surrounding healthy skin. *There are non-surgical alternatives, such as cryolipolysis, which may be discussed for specific indications, even if the effect is not comparable to liposuction.
